How Does Pre-Purchased Inventory Work on Stadium?
Store swag purchased through Stadium or send your own inventory to Stadium for storage and fulfillment. You can use eligible inventory in Shops, gift kits, and bulk shipments.
📦 Swag Receiving and Storage Fees
Stadium charges different receiving fees depending on where your inventory comes from.
Receiving fees
Swag purchased from Stadium: No receiving fee.
Swag sent to Stadium: A fee of 15% of the inventory value applies to receiving, sorting, stocking, and insurance.
Storage fees
Storage is free while your inventory is actively used on the Stadium platform.
If you no longer need your stored inventory, you can request to liquidate your Swag Locker Inventory. Shipping and delivery costs apply.
🚚 Stadium Fulfillment Fees
Fulfillment fees cover shipping and distributing your pre-purchased inventory to recipients.

How It Works to Include Pre-Purchased Inventory in 🛍️ How to Use Pre-Purchased Inventory in a Stadium Shop
Because you have already paid for the inventory, you can set the item's list price in your Shop.
⚠️Important:
The list price cannot be lower than the applicable single-item fulfillment fee: $20 for US orders or $99 for international orders.
When setting up a gift order, the upfront cost breakdown and reconciliation process are as follows:

💰 How Does Monthly Reconciliation Work?
Each month, the admins receive reimbursement to their wallet for the list price of redeemed items minus fulfillment fees.
If inventory is shipped internationally, additional fees may be owed.
The tax and service fee only apply to the fulfillment fee, and the difference is reconciled monthly.
👛 Stadium Wallet Funds and Withdrawals
You can use your Stadium Wallet balance to pay for future Stadium orders or request a withdrawal to your bank account.
✅ Wallet funds do not expire. You can use the balance for future Stadium orders.
⚠️Withdrawal fees: Additional withdrawals or withdrawals of less than $2,000 incur a 10% fee, according to the original policy.
📋Withdrawal requests: Download the payment request form and submit it to [email protected].
Processing schedule: Withdrawals are processed monthly. For example, a request submitted on January 15 would be included in the February 7 reconciliation, according to the original policy.
🏢 Bulk-Only Shops for Enterprise Customers
For bulk orders, admins can avoid the reconciliation process by paying all fulfillment fees upfront. This option is only available for single large orders (e.g., holiday gifts) and not for recurring or ad-hoc orders. Pre-existing net terms apply.
