You can convert Shop Points or Shop Credits into Stadium Points if your gift sender has enabled point transfers for the shop. First, redeem your shop gift, then follow the steps below to transfer your available balance through your Individual Points Wallet.
Before You Transfer Shop Points
Make sure your Shop Points or Shop Credits have been redeemed before starting the transfer. Only redeemed balances from shops where the gift sender has enabled point transfers will appear as available options.

Here's a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Convert Your Shop Points to My Stadium Points
👛Navigate to the Points Wallets Page
Follow these steps to access your Individual Wallet/ User Default Points Wallet:
Click the Wallet icon or drop-down arrow in the top-right corner of the page to expand the Wallet menu.
Under YOUR FUNDS, you'll see options for your Individual Wallets.
Select the User Default Points Wallet to view your available balance and Wallet history.
Tip: The Individual Wallet is separate from the Workspace Wallet. Make sure Individual is selected when you want to convert shop points.
💰Check Your Points Balances
On the Points Wallet page, review these sections:
My Shop Points: Displays shop-specific points or credits that can only be used in the associated shop.
My Stadium Points: Displays Stadium Points available for use across eligible shops and features on the Stadium platform.
🔁Start the Points Transfer
In the MY SHOP POINTS section, click SEE ALL to view your available Shop Points or Shop Credits.
Find the shop you want to transfer points from.
Click the 🔁 transfer icon next to the eligible shop.
Alternatively, click CONVERT TO STADIUM POINTS to start the transfer process.
Select the shop whose redeemed Shop Points or Shop Credits you want to convert to Stadium Points.
⚠️Important Note:
Only redeemed shop points or credits will appear in the list.
Only shops where the gift sender has enabled the points transfer feature will be available.
✅ Confirm the Transfer
After selecting the shop, click TRANSFER POINTS.
Look for the confirmation message in the upper-right corner of the screen.
📊Check Your Updated Stadium Points Balance
After the transfer is confirmed:
Refresh the Points Wallet page.
Check the My Stadium Points section for your updated balance.
Review Points History to track the transfer:
STADIUM POINTS: Shows Points Transfer Received for the transferred points.
SHOP POINTS: Shows Points Transfer Sent for the points deducted from your shop-specific balance.
This lets you easily track both incoming and outgoing point transfers.

Once your Stadium Points balance is updated, you can use your points to shop on Stadium.
