Want to keep track of your points balance and history in your Stadium account? This guide will show you how and where to check your Stadium Points and Shop Points/Credits. By following these simple steps, you can easily see how many points you have earned, view the history of your points, and check their statuses.

Step-by-Step Guide on How To Check the Points History

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where your points are added.

Navigate to the Wallets Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Wallets Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your wallets page.

Locate the Workspace Points Wallet

For Personal Workspace

• On the options, click on your Personal Points Wallet.

For Company Workspace

• If you are a Workspace owner, you can check the points history for either your User's Default Points Wallet or your Default Workspace Points Wallet.

• If you are an admin, sender, or member, you will only have access to the User's Default Points Wallet in your company Workspace.

Default Workspace Points Wallet (Owners Only)

• Displays points and shop credits for all users in the Company Workspace

• At the bottom, the Workspace owner will see their own Points history.
