Wondering what will happen to all the unredeemed points of your recipients when you expire or close an order?

Fret not! Regardless of whether the order has closed, as long as the recipient was able to redeem the points or credits before they expired, recipients can use them anytime at their convenience.

Once the points or credits are redeemed by clicking on the link received via email, points or credits will be permanently saved on the recipient's accounts. These points or credits can then be used at their convenience in the designated shop as long as the shop is live. 

If the Gift Sender's shop closes, the "Redeemed" Shop Points will be converted to Stadium Points which can be used for future purchases. You can view the converted points on the My Funds page.

If the Gift Sender chooses to send Shop Credits and closes the shop, the credits they redeemed will be added to their Stadium Wallet.

Any unredeemed points will go back to the Gift Sender as Stadium Points.
