Setting up integrations in your account is a straightforward process, but it does require certain prerequisites depending on the type of integration you're aiming for. Below, we outline the specific requirements for each integration type to ensure a smooth and successful connection with your Stadium account.
Team Package or Enterprise Package
To initiate integrations, you must first purchase either a Team Package or an Enterprise Package. Once you have selected your package, our onboarding specialists will provide step-by-step guidance through the integration process. This ensures that your Stadium account seamlessly connects with your chosen platform.
HRIS/ATS Integrations
For HRIS/ATS integrations, it's crucial to have admin access on the platform you intend to use. This level of access allows for smooth data synchronization and automation of gifting campaigns for new hires, birthdays, and anniversaries.
CRM Integrations with Zapier
When setting up CRM integrations via Zapier, you'll need a Zapier account. Additionally, ensure that the event triggering your gifting automation in the partner application includes a field for the recipient's email address. For instance, if you're integrating Calendly and Stadium to send points for every new event created, the Calendly event trigger must include and be mapped to the recipient's email address on the Zap configuration screen. The recipient's email address is a critical requirement for accepting gifts from Stadium, so it must be exposed in the integration trigger.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
For Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, coordinate with your SSO admin to provide the necessary requirements outlined on this page.
