Certainly! You have the option to remove a recipient from your shop's order as long as they have not redeemed the points yet.
Here's how you can do it:
1. Go to https://www.bystadium.com/ and log in to your account.
2. On the "My Shops" page, go to your LIVE Shops then click the specific shop you want to access.
3. Within the shop's dashboard, navigate to "SENT GIFTS" and click on the order you wish to edit.
4. Click on NOT REDEEMED. Please note that redeemed orders can no longer be removed.
To remove a recipient from the order, simply click on the "REMOVE" button associated with the recipient's email address.
