Absolutely! Custom domain functionality is a key component of our Enterprise package. Before proceeding, please ensure that you have purchased and activated the Enterprise package in your account.

Once the enterprise package is purchased, purchase your domain through a third-party domain provider before following the steps below. If you don’t have one, we recommend GoDaddy or Namecheap.
Please also make sure that you have accessibility to your IT Team* that will help in making the configurations needed for setting up your shop on your preferred domain or subdomain. We recommend passing the information on this page [here] to your IT team and getting them involved from the start for this configuration.
If you already purchased your domain, here is a step-by-step guide on how to customize the domain of your shop.
1. Start by creating your Stadium Shop by following the guide provided [here]. This will take you through the process of setting up your shop and customizing it according to your preferences.
2. Once your shop is created, you will be directed to your Shop's dashboard. On this page, you will find your shop's link or shop URL. To copy the link, simply click on Settings >>SHOP LINK >> then click the copy icon.
3. Fill out the form [here] to submit your custom domain request along with your shop's URL. Make sure to provide accurate information to avoid any delays in the process.
You will also see the form available when going to SETTINGS >> CUSTOMIZATIONS>> ADD DOMAIN
4. After submitting the form, our team will review your request. Once we have received and processed your request, we will send you a confirmation email containing the necessary certificates and further instructions on how to proceed with setting up your custom domain.
Please note that the custom domain process can take 4-5 working days. Once we process your request and provide your credentials, you will have 12 hours to make the domain changes within your organization.
