Follow these steps to create a customized shopping experience for your recipients:
1. Go to bystadium.com and log in to your account.
2. On the "My Shops" page, go to LIVE Shops then click the specific shop you want to access.
4. Navigate to the "CATALOG" section and select "BRANDED SWAG". Then click on PURCHASE SWAG COLLECTION.
5. Add a New Logo and Design Guideline: Upload your logo in either PNG or JPG format, ensuring it meets the dimensions of 20 px x 14 px.
If you have specific design specifications or brand guidelines, feel free to add notes for our design team and upload a PDF in the branded guidelines to assist our swag design team in creating mock-ups that align perfectly with your brand identity.
If you have non-US recipients, please enter their countries as well. Once all are filled out, click NEXT.
6. Complete Your Order: Before finalizing the order, add your preferred payment method and click "PAY NOW." The payment will be processed, and your swag design request will be sent to our design team for further processing.
7. Review and Approval: Within 7-10 business days, our swag design team will work diligently to create your personalized swag design. Once ready, we'll notify you via email, allowing you to review and approve the mock-ups before adding them to your catalog.
