If you're looking to integrate your Stadium account with an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platform, you're in the right place. We've put together a step-by-step guide to make the integration process seamless.
Step 1: Log in to Your Stadium Account
Begin by logging in to your Stadium account using your credentials.
Step 2: Access Your Contacts
Once logged in, navigate to the dropdown menu located beside your profile name. From the dropdown menu, select "Contacts."
Step 3: Choose Your Integration
You'll now have the option to choose whether you want to connect to an HRIS or ATS platform.
Step 4: Select Your Platform
In this example, let's say you want to connect to Workday. Click on "Connect to HRIS."
Step 5: Explore Available Platforms
A new window will appear, listing all the available platforms. You can scroll through the list or use the search function to find your specific platform.
Step 6: Find Your Platform
In our example, we're looking for Workday.
Step 7: Review Data Access
Before proceeding, make sure to carefully read the information regarding the data access that will be granted. Once reviewed, click "CONTINUE" to proceed.
Step 8: Enter Workday Web Services Endpoint URL
- Enter your Workday Web Services Endpoint URL as required. If you're unsure how to find this URL, follow the steps outlined in our guide on "How to Find Your Workday Web Services Endpoint URL."

Step 9: Submission and Sync
Once all is set up , enter the Workday Web Services Endpoint URL, and click "SUBMIT."
- You'll then be prompted to enter the credentials for the ISU (Integration System User) to proceed with the synchronization process. Enter the credentials for the ISU to proceed with the sync.
Contact Details Update
- Once the sync is processed, you'll notice that the contact details are updated in your Stadium account. By default, we automatically resync this information every 24 hours to keep your contact list up-to-date. However, you also have the option to manually trigger a resync by using the "RESYNC" button if you've made updates on your platform.
Utilize Contact Information
- To access the integrated contact information for your gifting campaigns, simply click the expand icon next to each contact.
