Step-by-Step Guide to Requesting Free Mockups

 

Free Swag Mockups for a New Shop

When you create a new shop on our platform and include the Merch catalog, we automatically generate up to four free mockups showcasing your logo. These mockups serve as a preview, allowing you to visualize how your logo will appear on different swag items. Please note that the number of items featured in the mockups may vary based on availability and seasonal factors.

Adding Free Mockups to an Existing Shop

If you already have an existing shop and would like to generate free mockups featuring a different logo, follow these steps:

 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  

 

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to Shops

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

 

Select Your Live Shop

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the specific shop you'd like to access.

 

Navigate to the Branded Swag tab

• Under the "BRANDED SWAG" tab, click the "ADD FREE COLLECTIONS" button.

You have three options to add a new logo:

 

Option # 1: SEARCH COMPANY URL

 

1. Type in the URL and press enter. The system will automatically pull the logo from the URL you provide.

2. Select your preferred Logo from the list of options.

3. Click "I am authorized to use this logo."

4. Click "CREATE COLLECTON."

 

 

Option # 2: UPLOAD FROM DEVICE

1. Click on "SEARCH LOCAL DEVICE."

Please ensure that it meets the following specifications when uploading your logo:

• • If possible, use a logo with a transparent background.
  • Accepted file types: SVG, PNG, JPEG, JPG.
  • Recommended dimensions: 20px x 14px.
  • Maximum file size: 5 MB.
    
    

2. After uploading your logo, click "I am authorized to use this logo."

3. Click "CREATE COLLECTION."

 

Option # 3: PREVIOUS UPLOADS

1. You can also use a logo that you've previously uploaded for your shops. Simply click "PREVIOUS UPLOADS" and select the logo you'd like to use from the list.
2. Don't forget to tick the box "I am authorized to use this logo."
3. Afterward, click the "CREATE COLLECTION" button.

 

You will receive a confirmation message saying "A new collection has been created" and a new collection will be generated and added to your shop.

 

• The mock-ups for the swag items with the new logo will now show on the list of Available Swag in your Branded Swag Dashboard.

 

Disabling Certain Products and Color Variants

To disable products or color variants, click on their respective tiles. To disable specific color variants, toggle their switches (sliding buttons) to 'off' (indicated by an 'x' mark and a grayed-out slider). To completely disable a product, toggle the 'Enable Product' switch to 'off' (indicated by a grayed-out slider). Once the desired changes have been made, click on 'SAVE'.

You will then see a confirmation message stating 'Product has been updated' in the top right corner and the disabled color variants and or products will no longer appear in your shop.

 

 

Requesting Design Changes

If you want to make adjustments to the free mockups, such as altering the placement or size of your logo on each item, you can easily do so by clicking on the 3 dots, and then selecting the 'Request Design Changes' link. Our design team will manually make the desired changes to the mockups according to your preferences.

 

 

Clicking the link will direct you to a page where you can provide specific comments outlining the desired changes, and even upload a sample file as a reference for our designers.
