Here's a step-by-step guide on how to convert your Shop Points to My Stadium Points

 

Redeeming your Shop Points

Log In to Your Stadium Account:

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  

 

Access My Funds Page

• Click on the drop-down arrow next to your account name then select My Funds.

 

 

View Your Points

• On the My Funds page, you will see your available Shop Points, Stadium Points, and the list of shops where you can spend your points.

 

Redeem Your Points or Credits:

• Click the REDEEM button on the shop points you haven't redeemed yet. 

 

• On the shop page, enter the email address associated with your account and then click on REDEEM POINTS.

• Add a thank you message or Skip adding a message to proceed.
  
  

 

 

 

Initiate Transfer

 

Transferring Shop Points Using a Shortcut

• In your My Funds page, go to the MY SHOP POINTS section then click on the TRANSFER  TO STADIUM POINTS link.

• Choose a shop from which you want to convert or transfer the points. Only the redeemed shop points will show on the list, and only shops where the gift sender enabled this feature will appear.

 

• After choosing a shop, click on TRANSFER POINTS BUTTON

 

Confirmation and Updated Stadium Points

 

• A confirmation message will appear on the upper right of the screen, and the total in your "MY STADIUM POINTS" section will be updated.

Transferring Shop Points from Shop Catalog

• If you've already redeemed the credits previously, you may click on the "SHOP NOW" button instead.

 

 

 

• Once in the shop's catalog, click the drop-down next to your TOTAL POINTS, then click TRANSFER TO STADIUM POINTS.

 

• Click on "TRANSFER SHOP CREDITS" or "TRANSFER SHOP POINTS/SHOP CREDITS" to start the transfer process.

 

 

Confirmation and Updated Stadium Points

• A confirmation message will appear upon the successful transfer of Shop Points or Credits.

 

 

• Return to your My Funds to see the updated "My Stadium Points" in your account.
