Changing the currency for your shop on the Stadium platform is a straightforward process. Please note that you can only edit the shop's currency if there are no active orders in your shop.
Here's how to edit your Shop's Currency
Editing from Shop's Dashboard
You can edit your shop's currency from the Shop's dashboard setting. The Currency that is set up from this setting is what your recipients will see when they access your shop.
Navigate to Your Shop Settings
- Log in to your Stadium Account.
- Go to the Navigation bar, click on the Sender drop-down menu, then select My Shops.
Select Your Live Shop
- Under My Shops dashboard, click LIVE, then click the specific shop you want to access.
Change the Currency
- Navigate to the Settings tab, click on GENERAL SETTINGS, then click the drop-down arrow next to SHOP CURRENCY.
- From the drop-down menu, choose the currency you want to set for your shop.
- After selecting the desired currency, click on "SAVE CHANGES" to apply the new currency settings to your shop.
Confirmation
- Once saved, you will receive a confirmation message, and the information displayed for your shop will update to reflect the new currency.
- Another way to confirm the currency update is by checking the "Send" button. For example, if it previously showed SEND POINTS, it should now display SEND CREDITS after changing the currency to US Dollars.
Editing Shop Currency for a USD Shop Catalog
If your shop is set up to USD, your recipients will have the ability to change the currency from the shop's catalog.
Here's how:
- On the shop catalog, click on the Flag Icon.
- Enter or select the currency in the DISPLAY PRICES AS section.
Please note that this option will not apply if you have set up your shop's currency as Points.
