Requesting changes to your shop's branded swag collection can be efficiently managed through your Shop's dashboard. If you already have branded swag in your shop;

Here's a step-by-step guide to requesting changes to the branded full on-demand swag collection in your shop

Navigate to Your Shop Settings

• Log in to your Stadium Account.
• Go to the Navigation bar, click on the Sender drop-down menu, then select My Shops.

Select Your Live Shop

• Under My Shops dashboard, click LIVE, then select the shop where you want to update your branded swag.

Access Branded Swag Tab and Request Changes

• Navigate to the BRANDED SWAG tab.
  
  
• Click on SAVED DESIGNS  to access the available collections in your account.
  
  
• On the Available Swags dashboard, locate the collection you wish to update. Note: Full On-Demand Swag Collections are labeled as "Core Collections".
  
  
• Click on the three dots on the collection you wish to change and then click on the REQUEST DESIGN CHANGES button.

Alternative View for Larger Collections

If you have more than 7 products in the collection;

• Click the drop-down button at the top right corner of your Swag Collection.
• At the bottom, click VIEW ALL (0) to see all items.
• You'll be routed to a dashboard with all swag items in that collection.
• Click REQUEST CHANGES FROM DESIGN TEAM at the lower right corner.

Provide Feedback on Changes

• You'll be directed to a Pastel Link where you can leave comments on the desired changes.
• Enter your name and email address.
• Find the product you wish to update, click on it, and enter your comments.
• Click POST COMMENT to save your feedback.

Complete the Review Process

• Once you've finished commenting on the products, click FINISH REVIEW.

Submit Your Change Requests

• Finalize your submission by clicking on Request Changes. You may add additional comments before clicking Submit Review to complete the process.

Confirmation and Additional Requests

• A confirmation message will appear at the bottom left corner of the screen.

• To request more changes after submission, click Reviewed at the bottom right of the screen and select Add another review.

Await Updated Mockups

• Once your request is submitted, the Stadium design team will review and update the mockups accordingly.
• Expect a separate email from the design team with the updated mock-ups of the products you requested changes for.
