Are you looking to update your payment method on a campaign? Whether you're managing multiple campaigns or just need to change your billing information, this guide will walk you through the process step-by-step.
Step-by-Step Guide to Changing the Payment Method
Navigate to Campaigns
- After logging in to your account, click on "Sender" from the main menu. Then, select "Campaigns" from the submenu. This will take you to a list of all your active campaigns
Choose the Desired Campaign
- From the list of campaigns displayed, locate and click on the specific campaign for which you wish to update the payment method.
Access the Dashboard
- Once you've selected the campaign, click on the three horizontal dots (ellipsis icon) associated with the campaign. From the dropdown menu, choose "View Dashboard" This will lead you to the campaign's detailed dashboard view.
Navigate to Payment Method
- Within the campaign dashboard, locate the section related to payment details. Click on the "Payment Method" option, and then select "Edit"
Update Payment Method
- You'll be directed to a page where you can update your payment method for the selected campaign. Choose the desired payment method from the available options. If you're adding a new payment method, follow the prompts to input the necessary information.
- Scroll down and update the Billing Country or Zip code if necessary
- Then click the box next to the message "I agree to be automatically charged for each order"
- Click the NEXT button to save the changes.
- Once done, you will be redirected to your Campaign's dashboard and the changes will be visible under the PAYMENT METHOD section.
