Deleting or deactivating campaigns in your Stadium account is a straightforward process. Whether you need to remove incomplete campaigns or deactivate live ones, this guide will walk you through the necessary steps.

Deleting Incomplete Campaigns
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to Campaigns
- Click on the Sender tab.
- Select Campaigns from the dropdown menu.
Delete the Campaign
- Locate the incomplete campaign you want to delete.
- Click on the three dots (...) next to it and select Delete Campaign.
Confirm Deletion
- A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation.
- Click Yes, Delete.
- You will see a confirmation message indicating that the campaign has been successfully deleted.
Deactivating Live Campaigns
For live campaigns, there is no option to delete them directly. Instead, you can deactivate the campaign by following these steps:
Navigate to Campaigns
- Go to the Campaigns section.
- Locate the live campaign you want to deactivate.
Deactivate the Campaign
- Click on the three dots (...) next to the campaign.
- Select Deactivate Campaign.
Confirm Status Change
- A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation. Click on DEACTIVATE CAMPAIGN.
- The status will change to INACTIVE.
Note: Deactivating a campaign will stop it from running, but it will still be visible in your account for future reference or reactivation if needed.
