Deleting or deactivating campaigns in your Stadium account is a straightforward process. Whether you need to remove incomplete campaigns or deactivate live ones, this guide will walk you through the necessary steps.

Here is a simple guide on how to delete your Campaigns

Deleting Incomplete Campaigns

Log in to Your Stadium Account

• Go to the Stadium website and log in with your account credentials.
  
  
  

Navigate to the Campaigns Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to Campaigns

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Campaigns" to go to your campaigns page.

Deleting an Incomplete Campaign

• Locate the incomplete campaign you want to delete.
• Click on the three dots (...) next to it and select Delete Campaign.

Confirm Deletion

• A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation.
• Click YES, DELETE.

• You will see a confirmation message indicating that the campaign has been successfully deleted.

Deactivating Live Campaigns

For live campaigns, there is no option to delete them directly. Instead, you can deactivate the campaign by following these steps:

There are two ways to deactivate a live campaign

Option 1: Deactivating from the Campaigns Page

• Go to the Campaigns section.
• Locate the live campaign you want to deactivate.

Deactivate the Campaign

• Click on the three dots (...) next to the campaign.
• Select Deactivate Campaign.
  
  

Option 2: Deactivating From the Campaigns Dashboard

Select Your Campaign:

• Choose the campaign you wish to update.
• Click on it to open the Campaign Dashboard.

• From the campaign's dashboard click on the three-dots (...) to show more option and then click on Deactivate Campaign.

Confirm Status Change

• A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation. Click on DEACTIVATE CAMPAIGN.

• Once doen, the status will change to INACTIVE.

Note: Deactivating a campaign will stop it from running, but it will still be visible in your account for future reference or reactivation if needed.
