Creating a campaign is a fantastic way to recognize milestones, celebrate special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries, and show appreciation to your team members. Follow this step-by-step guide to easily create and manage your campaigns.
Step-by-Step Guide on Creating a Campaign with Shops
Navigate to the Campaign Creation Page
- Login to the Stadium website.
- After logging in, click on the "Sender" tab, and then click on "Campaigns."
- Click the "Create Campaign" button.
Fill Out the Campaign Form
- Complete the campaign form with details such as the campaign name and the desired invite send date. Note that the date and time will be based on your time zone.
- Select the type of campaign you want to create (e.g., birthday, work anniversary, new hires, etc.). The event date will default based on the campaign type you select (e.g., birthdate for a Birthday Campaign, start date for a Work Anniversary Campaign). For example, if you choose "Birthday Campaign," the event date will default to birthdate. If you select "Work Anniversary," the event date will default to the employee's start date.
Select Recipients
There are two ways to select recipients for your campaign:

Select Filters For Contacts: Use the provided filters to segment your employee list based on specific criteria.

Select Contacts Manually: Choose individual employees from your contact list.

Send Shop Link and Select a Template
- After selecting your recipients, click the "Send Shop Link" button. You will be prompted to select a shop from which the points will be sent.
- You can either choose from your existing shops
- Or select from one of our premade templates.
- After selecting your shop or template, click the "Use Template" button.
Set Treat Budget and Customize Message
- Set your treat budget then click "Next." Note that $1 is equal to 50 points.
- Customize your campaign message by entering your desired text then click "Next" to continue.
Payment and Confirmation
- Select your payment method.
- Enter your billing country and zip code.
- Check the box "I agree to be automatically charged for each order." then click NEXT.
- Review the campaign details, then click "SUBMIT."
Congratulations! Your campaign has been created!
