Managing your Peer-to-Peer Recognition Program effectively includes the ability to remove or delete users when necessary.
Steps to delete users from your program easily:
Navigate to Your Shop Settings
- Log in to your Stadium Account.
- Go to the Navigation bar, click on the Sender drop-down menu, and select Peer-to-Peer Recognition Programs.
Access the User Management Page
- Beside the program name, you will find the Users icon. Click on it to view the list of Users, then click on VIEW ALL.
Remove the User
- On the Settings page, locate the user you wish to remove. Click on the Delete Icon (🗑) found on the right side of the screen.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click on YES, REMOVE to proceed.
Please note that any unused kudos will be returned to your balance for the next cycle.
