This article provides a detailed guide on how to request changes to your free swag mockups in Stadium Shops. Whether you want to update the design or make specific adjustments, this guide will help you through the process efficiently.  

Step-by-Step Guide to Requesting Changes to Free Mockups

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
  

Navigate to My Shops

• Click the Sender drop-down menu then go to My Shops.
  

Select Your Live Shop

• Under My Shops, click LIVE, then select the shop where you want to edit your free mockups.

Access Branded Swag Tab

• Navigate to the BRANDED SWAG tab. Under SAVE DESIGNS tab, look for the swag collections you wish to edit under the Available Swag

Initiate Request for Design Change

• Once you found the swag collection, click on the three dots located in the upper corner. From the options shown click on Request Design Changes.

Request Changes via Pastel Dashboard

•  You will be routed to a Pastel Link where you can leave comments on the changes you wish to request for your free mockups.
  • Enter Name and Email: Make sure you enter your name and email address.

• • Find Product: Locate the product you wish to update, click on it, and enter your comments. Click 'POST COMMENT' to submit.

Complete Review Process

• If you are finished leaving comments for the products you wish to update, click on FINISH REVIEW.

Submit Your Change Requests

• Finalize the submission by clicking on Request Changes. You may also add additional comments before clicking on Submit Review to complete the submission.
  
  

Confirmation and Additional Requests

• A confirmation message will show up on the bottom left corner of the screen.

•  If you wish to request more changes after the submission just click on Reviewed at the bottom right of the screen and then click the link Add another review.

Await Updated Mockups

• Once your request is submitted, Stadium's design team will review and update the free mockups accordingly.
• Expect a separate email from the design team with the updated mockups of the products you requested changes for.
