Adding more recipients to your ongoing campaign order can be done in your Campaigns order dashboard.
If your Campaigns are already integrated with your HRIS/ATS system you don't need to add recipients manually to your Campaign's orders as the recipient list will be updated as long as your HRIS/ATS system is also updated.
If your Campaigns are not yet integrated with an HRIS/ATS system and you need to add recipients manually, follow these steps:
Step-by-Step Instructions to Add Recipients Manually
Log In to Your Account:
- Go to bystadium.com and log in to your account
Navigate to Campaigns:
- Click on 'Sender' and then select 'Campaigns'.
Select Your Campaign:
- Choose the campaign you wish to update.
View Order:
- Find the specific order you want to update and click on 'VIEW ORDER'.
Add Recipients:
- In the order dashboard, click the 'ADD RECIPIENTS' button.
Enter Email Addresses:
- Input the new email addresses and click 'NEXT'.
Set Email Schedule:
- Decide when to send the invitation email. After selecting an option, click NEXT to proceed.
Select Payment Method:
- The payment method you initially selected will be used. Click 'Next' to proceed.
Finalize Payment:
- Click 'SUBMIT' to complete the payment process.
Confirmation:
- A confirmation message will appear, and a child window will allow you to download the invoice. Click 'DONE' to close this window.
Verify Recipients:
- Go back to the campaign's order dashboard, click on the 'RECIPIENTS' section, then select 'NOT REDEEMED' to see the updated recipient list.
