Easily access and download campaign order reports on Stadium to track progress, manage recipient details, and analyze campaign performance. Whether you're overseeing multiple orders or need insights on a single transaction, Stadium makes reporting simple and efficient.

Steps to Download the Report of Your Campaign Order:

Log In to Your Account

• Go to bystadium.com and log in to your account
  
  

Navigate to the Campaigns Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to Campaigns

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Campaigns" to go to your campaigns page.

Select Your Campaign:

• Choose the campaign you wish to update.
• Click on it to open the Campaign Dashboard.
  
  
  

Downloading Reports

You can choose to download a report for all orders in a campaign or a specific order.

Download A Report For All Orders In Your Campaign:

• In the Campaign Dashboard, locate and click the REPORT button.

  
  

Specify Date Range:

• A pop-up page will appear asking you to specify the date range for the report you need.
• Enter the desired start and end dates.

• Click Download to generate and retrieve your report.

Download A Report For A Specific Order In Your Campaign:

View Order:

• Find the specific order you need and click VIEW ORDER.

  
  
  
  

Initiate Order Report Download

• In the Order Details page, click on the three-dot menu to reveal more options.

• Select Download Order Report.

  • Alternatively, go to the Recipients section and click the REPORT button

Specify Date Range:

• A pop-up page will appear asking you to specify the date range for the report you need.
• Enter the desired start and end dates.
