Steps to Expire Your Campaign's Order
Log In to Your Stadium Account:
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Campaign Page
- Click on the Sender tab in the navigation bar.
- Select Campaigns from the dropdown menu.
Access the Campaign Dashboard
- Locate the specific campaign where you wish to expire the order.
- Click the three dots next to the campaign and select View Dashboard.
Locate the Order
- Identify the order number you wish to expire.
Expire the Order
- Click on the drop-down arrow right beside the View Order button.
- Select the EXPIRE ORDER option.
Confirm Your Action
- Confirm your action to expire the order by clicking on YES, EXPIRE ORDER button.
- Please note that all unredeemed points will be returned to your account as "My Stadium Points".
Order Status Update
- Once done, the expired order will be moved to the bottom of the order list with the status updated to Expired.
You're all set! Your campaign's order has been successfully expired.
