Access Your Send Items Kit
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Go to Kits & Sent Items:
- Once logged in, go to the navigation bar, and select the Sender option to view more options. Select Kits & Sent Items.
Access Your Kit:
- On your Kits & Sent Items page, find the kit that you have created for the order you wish to check, then click on the kit.
- You will then be routed to the Kit's dashboard where you'll have access to all information about your kit.
Explore Your Kit's Dashboard
Main Page
- On the main page, you will see the SEND GIFT button, which you can use to create another order using the same items in your curated kit.
- It will route you directly to adding the recipient information and payment as the items were already pre-selected.
Kits Item Details
- The ITEMS TAB contains the list of items that you have added to this kit. It will show each item’s list per country to indicate what each recipient will receive.
Please note that once a Kit is created you can no longer change the items in that Kit. If you wish to change some items, you can create a new kit instead.
Kits Sent Gifts
The Sent Gifts Tab contains all orders that you have created using this kit.
- Find the order that you wish to check by browsing through the order list or using the filters and the search bar.
- Once you find the order, click on the drop-down arrow to shop for more options.
- For Live orders, you have the ability to:
- Expire an order
- Download the invoice for a specific order
- Copy the invitation link
- Add more recipients to your order
- For Incomplete Orders, you can either finalize it by clicking on FINISH SENDING or delete it.
Kits Order Details
- If you click the VIEW ORDER button, you will be routed to the order details page.
Order Details Page
On the Orders Details page, you have access to the following features:
1. Copy the invitation link for that order and Add more recipients.
2. View all recipient who redeemed and have not redeemed their kits yet.
- If your recipients already redeemed their kit you will see their order information in the Recipients section under the REDEEMED option.
- If your recipients have not redeemed their kits yet, you will see their email on the UNREDEEMED Recipients list.
- You can either remove them from your list or send them a new invitation email.
- Ways to select recipients:
- Use the check box on the left side of their email address and click on either the REMOVE SELECTED button or the EMAIL SELECTED button.

- You can also click the REMOVE ALL or EMAIL ALL button to execute the action in bulk.
- You may also click on the REMOVE button or the email icon to execute the action on a specific recipient email.
3. View Order Tracking for the recipient orders by clicking on the VIEW ORDER TRACKING button.
- This will route you to the RECIPIENTS ORDER TRACKING page where you can see all recipient's order details.
- Use the search bar or filters to look for a recipient order.
- Easily check the status on the order details page.
- If you want to check a specific order and it's tracking details, click on the VIEW ITEMS & TRACKING to see specific tracking details for your recipient's order.
4. Upload the custom note and branded box sticker (if applicable).
- If you have added box sticker customizations you may upload it to the order details page as well.

5. View and download Thank you messages and Turn off Thank you messages.

Kits Settings
- On the settings page, you have the ability to change the name of your kit. Alternatively, you may also change the name of your kit using the pencil icon right next to it.
Kits Sales Report
The Reports Tab will show you all the Kits Sales information.
Recipients Order Details
- You will be able to see the details for the Kit Sales data of each recipient order in your kit.
- You can download the redemption report of your kit and search specific recipient orders using the search bar or the filters.
- Click on the drop-down arrow to show all information regarding each recipient's redemption, including:
- Name and email of the recipient
- Date of the redemption
- Their order numbers
- The items they have selected in their order
Sales Data Download
- After exploring the recipient order details, just click on the DOWNLOAD button to get a CSV copy.
The Send Items feature for shops is absolutely free! However, to unlock the swag kits or custom reporting you'll need to acquire these premium features by purchasing a Stadium package.
