This guide will walk you through the process of removing a swag collection from your shop on the My Swag page.

Accessing the My Swag Page

After logging into your bystadium.com account, there are two ways to access the My Swag page:

Method 1: Using the Sender Menu

1. Click on the Sender menu in the navigation bar.
2. Select My Swag from the dropdown options.

Method 2: Using the Account Menu

1. Locate your account name in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Click the dropdown arrow next to your account name.
3. Select My Swag from the dropdown menu.

Locating Your Collection

ALL Tab

• By default, you'll be directed to the "All" tab, where you can see all your collections, including both saved designs and pre-purchased items. You can manage all your collections from this tab.

SAVED DESIGNS Tab

• If you're specifically looking to manage designed collections, navigate to the "SAVED DESIGNS" tab. Here, you can locate all your free and paid designed collections.

• Only collections in the "DESIGN READY" state can be added or removed from a shop. To remove a collection, you must first navigate to the list of design-ready collections.

INVENTORY Tab

• For pre-purchased swag management, go to the "INVENTORY" tab. This is where you can find all your pre-purchased items stored in our warehouse.

Removing Your Collection

1. Locate the collection you want to remove from one of your shops.
2. Click the three dots (...) on the right side of your collection.
3. Select "Remove all from Shop".
4. In the pop-up box:

• Shops containing the collection are highlighted

• Shops without the collection are grayed out

5. Select the highlighted shop you wish to remove the collection from then click "Remove".

6. A confirmation message saying "Collection Removed from shop successfully!" will appear.

Note: You can only remove a collection from one shop at a time. If you need to remove your collection from multiple shops, repeat these steps for each shop.
