⚠️IMPORTANT NOTE
If you need to cancel your order, here's what you need to know:

Cancellation Window:
You can cancel your order within an hour from the time that the order was placed.

Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items, such as virtual gift cards, experience vouchers, and similar digital products, cannot be refunded once they are in your digital hands. We recommend double-checking your order before confirming the purchase of these items.

Accidental Orders:
If you accidentally check out with an individual or Myself order but were supposed to redeem a gift, cancel your order within the 1-hour cancellation window.
Entry Points to the Cancellation Feature
There are three entry points to locate the cancellation feature:
Entry Point 1: Order Confirmation Page
- After placing an order, you’ll be taken to the Order Confirmation page.
- You’ll see a message indicating you have 1 hour to edit your order.
- Click the “Edit Order” button to start the cancellation process.
Note for MySelf orders and Redeemable Gifts with restricted links: These orders are automatically approved.
For Priceless Shop Redeemable Orders and Redeemable Gifts with Magic Links: The order must be approved by the gift sender, but changes must be made within 1 hour.
Entry Point 2: Orders Page
- From the Order Confirmation page, click the "GO TO MY ORDERS" button.

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Orders page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Orders" to access your order details.
- Locate the relevant order by searching using its order number.
- Click the drop-down arrow to access the "EDIT ORDER" option.
Entry Point 3: Order Tracking Page
- Navigate to the "My Orders" page and find your recent order.
- Click "VIEW ITEMS & TRACKING" to open the Order Tracking page.
- On the Order Tracking page, you will see the Edit Order button.
Cancellation of a Myself Order and Redeemable Gift with a Restricted Link
Initiate Cancelation
- After clicking on the "Edit Order" button from any entry points stated previously, the system will then show a child window showing how much time you have left to make changes to your order.
- Select "CANCEL ORDER." to initiate the cancellation.
Confirm Cancelation
- Click on the YES, CANCEL ORDER button to finalize the cancellation.
⚠️Please note that for MySelf orders and Redeemable Gifts with restricted links, refunds will be issued as Stadium Points.
- After successful cancellation, you’ll receive a confirmation message.
Check Your Refunded Stadium Points
Locate the Workspace Points Wallet
For Personal Workspace
- On the options, click on your Personal Points Wallet.
For Company Workspace
- If you are a Workspace owner, you can check the points history for either your User's Default Points Wallet or your Default Workspace Points Wallet.
- If you are an admin, sender, or member, you will only have access to the User's Default Points Wallet in your company Workspace.
Points History Dashboard
From the Points Wallet dashboard, go to the STADIUM POINTS section and look for the order you recently canceled.
You will see the transaction status marked as Refunded, along with the total number of points returned to your account.
Place a New Order Using Your Refunded Points
- If you wish to use the refunded Stadium Points to shop again, you may follow the instructions in this article ✨ How To Shop Using Your Stadium Points
Cancellation of a Priceless Shop Redeemable Order and Redeemable Gift with Magic Link
Initiate Cancelation
- After clicking on the "Edit Order" button from any entry points stated previously, the system will then show a child window showing how much time you have left to make changes to your order.
- Select "CANCEL ORDER" to initiate the cancellation.
Confirm Cancelation
- Click on the YES, CANCEL ORDER button to finalize the cancellation.
⚠️Note that since the order is awaiting approval, you’ll need to place a new order using the same invitation link after the cancellation.
- A confirmation message will appear.
- Click "RETURN TO HOME" to go back to your home page
Place a New Order
- On your home page, visit the "Received Gifts" section to see the gift sent to you.
- Click on the REDEEM button to create a new order.
Canceling an order doesn't have to be complicated. By following the steps outlined in this guide, you can quickly and easily manage your orders, redeem gifts, and ensure you make any necessary changes within the cancellation window
