Looking to customize the message recipients see on their landing page when they redeem gifts from your campaign? This guide will walk you through how to update the recipient landing page message in your Stadium campaign.
Steps to Edit Your Campaign's Recipient Landing Page Message:
Log in to Your Stadium Account
- Go to the Stadium website and log in with your account credentials.
Navigate to the Campaigns Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Campaigns
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Campaigns" to go to your campaigns page.
Select the Campaign You Want to Edit

Locate the campaign you want to update.

Click on it to open the Campaign Dashboard.

Edit the Recipient Landing Page Message

In the Campaign Dashboard, find the RECIPIENT MESSAGE section.

Click the Edit button.
- Enter your new message and click SAVE.
Confirm the Changes

The updated message will now be displayed under the RECIPIENT MESSAGE section in the Campaign Dashboard. This will be applied to all orders in this campaign.

To verify, click VIEW ORDER on any order under this campaign.

On the order details page, you’ll see the new Recipient Landing Page message.
