Stadium allows you to personalize the recipient landing page message for each order in your campaign. Whether you're sending gifts, rewards, or branded swag, you can tailor the messaging for a more customized experience. Follow these easy steps to update the message for a single order without modifying the entire campaign.

Steps to Edit Your Campaign's Recipient Landing Page Message For a Specific Order:

Log in to Your Stadium Account

• Go to the Stadium website and log in with your account credentials.
  
  
  

Navigate to the Campaigns Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to Campaigns

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Campaigns" to go to your campaigns page.

Select the Campaign

• Locate the campaign that contains the order you want to edit.

• Click on the campaign to open the Campaign Dashboard.

Find and Edit the Specific Order

• Scroll down to find the specific order number you wish to update.

• Click View Order on the right side of the order.

Edit the Order's Recipient Message

• On the Order Details page, locate the Recipient Message section.

• Click the Edit button next to the message.

• Enter the new message for this specific order.

• Click SAVE to update.

Confirm the Changes

• Once saved, the updated message will now appear for this order only.

• The other orders in the campaign will still show the default message from the Campaign Dashboard.
