Here's a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Add Additional Seats To Your Stadium Package
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Company Space Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Wallets Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Company Space" to access your company space page.
Review Seats Available In Your Package
- To review your current seats, click on BILLING to check your package details and any added seats.
Adding Additional Seats
There are two ways to add seats to your Stadium Package, you can either upgrade your Stadium package or simply purchase more seats.
Upgrading Your Package
If you need more seats and additional features, upgrading your package may be the best option. This applies to packages such as Gifting Basic, Swag Pro, and Engagement Suite (formerly known as Limited, Individual, and Teams packages).
Upgrade Account
- Click the UPGRADE ACCOUNT button.
Book A Call
- You will be redirected to the Talk to Sales page.
- Fill out the form to book a call with our sales team to discuss your upgrade options.
- If you want to review package prices, features, or seat limits before upgrading, click on BROWSE ALL PACKAGES for details.
Purchasing Additional Seats
- If you only need more seats and do not require additional features, you can purchase more seats without upgrading your package.
- This option is typically applicable to accounts with the Business Package, which allows a maximum of 10 admins/seats.
- However, other package holders can also purchase additional seats as needed.
- You can also use this option if you only wish to add more seats but do not necessarily need to upgrade the package available in your account.
Add Seats
- To initiate the process click on the ADD SEATS button.
- If the person is already in your contact list, enter their name. A list of contacts will appear.
- If they are not on the contact list, enter their email address(es).
- Click ADD ADMIN to finalize.
Please note that your account owner will receive an invoice for the additional seats to approve the payment
.
Confirmation
- Once additional seats are added, you will see a confirmation message pop up.
- Your total number of seats will update accordingly.
- A record of the transaction will appear in the Transaction History section.
Adding more seats to your Stadium Package is a simple process that allows you to scale your team as your business grows. Whether you choose to upgrade your package or purchase additional seats separately, you can ensure that all necessary team members have access to the tools they need
