Looking to expand your Core Collection with more on-demand swag items? If you’ve purchased a Stadium Package, you have access to Full On-Demand Swag Collections labeled as "Core Collections." This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of browsing, selecting, and requesting additional swag items to enhance your collection.

 

🚨 Important Note:

Requesting additional on-demand swag items is only available to users who have purchased a Stadium Package and have access to Full On-Demand Swag Collections labeled as "Core Collections." If you do not have access to a Core Collection, you will not be able to request additional on-demand swag items

 

Step-by-Step Guide

 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  

 

 

 

Go To Swag Catalog

There are two ways to access the swag catalog:

Option 1: From the Home Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to Shops

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Sswag Catalog" to access your swag catalog's page. 

 

 

Option 2: From the Main Login Page

• On the Stadium homepage, click CATALOG.

 

 

• On the next page, click BROWSE SWAG CATALOG.

 

 

Explore the Swag Catalog

 

Select Your Country Menu

• Once you are in the swag catalog, click on the flag icon and search for the country where the swag will be delivered.
• Select the country to access its available swag menu.

 

 

 

 

Select a Category

• After selecting the country menu, choose a swag category that fits your needs.

 

 

 

 

Filter On-Demand Swag

 

Once you are in the chosen category,

• Use the left filter bar to find on-demand swag:

  • Click on ALL ON-DEMAND

  • Select Additional On-Demand

🚨 Note: Core On-Demand items are already part of your Core Collection. Hence, it is not selected to narrow down the search for additional swag items that you can add to your swag collection.

 

 

 

 

List Down Your Additional Swag

• Select the swag items you want to add.

• Copy the name and link of each item and save them in a separate document for reference.

 

 

 

 

Access Your Swag Core Collection

 

You can request swag changes via two entry points:

 

ENTRY POINT 1: Access Swag Core Collections via the Swag Page

 

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Go to the Home Page
  
  • If are currently in the swag catalog, click the down arrow next to your account icon, then select Home

 

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to Swag

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

 

Access SAVED DESIGNS

• On the SAVED DESIGNS page, you will see all the swag collections in your account including the mock-ups for a shop swag collection, bulk order, or even items added to your inventory.

 

 

 

Look For Your Swag Core Collection

• Scroll through your saved designs and ensure that your collection is labeled as Core Collection.
• Once done, click on the three dots to show more options.
• From the choices, click on Request Design Changes.
  
  

 

ENTRY POINT 2: Access Swag Core Collections via a Shop's Branded Swag Tab

 

Navigate to The Shops Page

If you are currently on the swag catalog page, click the down arrow next to your account icon, then select My Shops.

 

 

 

If you are currently in the Home Page, here's how to navigate to the Shops Page:

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to Shops

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

 

 

Select Your Live Shop

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the specific shop you'd like to access.

 

 

Access Branded Swag Tab and Request Changes

• Navigate to the BRANDED SWAG tab.
  
  
• Click on SAVED DESIGNS  to access the available collections in your account.
  
  
• On the Available Swags dashboard, locate the collection you wish to update. Note: Make sure to select only the ones labeled as "Core Collections"
  
  
• Click on the three dots on the collection you wish to change and then click on the REQUEST DESIGN CHANGES button.

 

 

 

Requesting Changes

• After clicking on the Request Changes button, read the instructions carefully and click CONTINUE.

 

 

 

Provide Request on Additional Swag

• You'll be directed to a Pastel Link where you can leave comments on the desired changes.
• Enter your name and email address.

 

• Click anywhere on the pastel page and to add comments.  Add instructions to add additional swag to your core collections
  
  
• Add the names and links of additional swag items to ensure the correct swag is added.
  
  
• Click POST COMMENT to save your feedback.

 

 

 

Complete the Request Process

• Once you've finished commenting on the products, click FINISH REVIEW.

 

Submit Your Change Requests

• Finalize your submission by clicking on Request Changes. You may add additional comments before clicking Submit Review to complete the process.

 

Confirmation and Additional Requests

• A confirmation message will appear at the bottom left corner of the screen.

 

• To request more changes after submission, click Reviewed at the bottom right of the screen and select Add another review.

 

Await Updated Mockups

• Once your request is submitted, the Stadium design team will review and update the mockups accordingly.
• Expect a separate email from the design team with the updated mock-ups of the products you requested changes for.
