Step-by-Step Guide on How to Add Funds to Stadium Wallet

Log In to Your Stadium Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.

Access My Wallet Page

• Navigate to My Wallet Page

  • Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
    • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
      (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
  • Navigate to Wallet
    • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your Stadium Wallet

   

  

   

Add Funds

• Click ADD FUNDS
  
  
  
   
• Fill out the form and click Next once done.
  
  
   
• If the amount is less than $5000, you may select a custom amount, with a minimum deposit of $1000.
  
  

Set Up Auto-Refill (Optional)

You can choose to enable Auto-Refill to automatically top up your Stadium Wallet whenever your balance gets low.

• Select your auto-refill preference

• Click NEXT to proceed

⚠️ Important Note

Auto-Refill is only available when using a Credit Card as your payment method.
If you choose ACH, the auto-refill option will not apply.


 

Choose Payment Method

Proceed to ACH Transfer Option↓

🪪 Credit Card Option

• Select  Credit Card as the payment method, and click NEXT.

Complete Payment

• Choose a Saved Card or Add a New Card
• Complete the form and click NEXT to finish the payment.
  
  

🏦 ACH Transfer Option

• Select  ACH Credit as the payment method.
• Click on SUBMIT FUNDS.

Process the Bank Transfer

• Review Stadium’s Bank Transfer Details

• Complete the transfer through your bank or AP team

Get a Copy of The Invoice

You can either download the invoice or send it directly to your AP team.

📥 Download Invoice Option

• Click Download Invoice

• Send it manually to your AP team
  
  

📧 Send Invoice Option

• Click SEND INVOICE

• Enter your AP team’s email

• Click SEND

Check Transfer Status

• Check the Transfer status under your Pending Transaction section.

• Click the down-arrow on your transaction to view details

• Once payment is processed by your AP team, the status will update to Complete, and funds will be added to your Stadium Wallet

 

 

 

📝 Important Notes

• You may deposit any amount, but bonus credits apply only to deposits above $10,000
