Here is a step-by-step guide on how to activate the auto-refill option in your Stadium Wallet
Log In to Your Account
- Visit Stadium's website and log in to your account.
Navigate to My Wallet Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Wallet
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your Stadium Wallet
There are two options to set up or activate the Auto Refill option for your My Wallet:
OPTION 1: Activating Auto Refill through the ADD FUNDS button
Activate Auto Refill:
- Click "ADD FUNDS."
Set Refill Amount:
- Fill out the required information on the, 'How much would you like to add?' form. You will have the option to 'Select custom amount' or select from the available amounts on the list.
- Once done, click NEXT.
**Please note that there is a CUSTOM AMOUNT (MIN. $1000)
- In this next part of the form, set the amount of how much you want to be automatically refilled to your Wallet and the minimum amount of the wallet for when it will be automatically refilled. This will activate the Auto Refill option. When done, click NEXT.
- Click DO NOT SET UP if wish to keep the Auto Refill option turned off.
Choose Payment Method:
- Select your payment method, fill out the required information, and click "NEXT."
Review and Confirm:
- Review your purchase. If everything is correct, click "ADD FUNDS."
Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation. Click "DONE" to view your My Wallet
- Go back to the My Wallet dashboard. You will find that the Auto Refill status has already been changed to AUTO REFILL: EDIT
- On the same page, you also find the details of your recent purchase on the Wallet History and you can also generate an invoice.
OPTION 2: Activating Auto Refill Directly from the My Wallet dashboard
- In your Stadium Wallet Dashboard, click the three dots next to the "ADD FUNDS" button and select "Set up auto refill."
You will be directed to the Set up Auto Refill form. Make sure to fill out all required information. And, you are all set!

Deactivating Auto-Refill
- In your Stadium Wallet Dashboard, click the three dots next to the "ADD FUNDS" button and select "Managed auto-refill."
- Alternatively, you can click the EDIT button in AUTO-REFILL boc.
- Click on REMOVE AUTO-REFILL then click on SAVE.
- Once done, a confirmation will show and the status of AUTO-REFILL will change to SET UP.
