Looking to order a gift card? Whether you want to purchase a gift card from Stadium’s Gift Shop or a shop associated with your account, this guide will walk you through the process step-by-step. 

⚠️Important Note:

Most gift cards available in our shops are electronic Gift Cards and will be delivered to the user's email address. Ensure you read the description carefully before placing your order.

 

Step-by-Step Guide on Ordering Gift Cards

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where your shop was added.

Explore the Gift Shops 🛍️

• From the Home page, you can purchase items in any available shops linked to your account. There are three main ways to access shops: Received Gifts, Pinned Shops, and Live Shops.

• ⚠️Important Note: Not all shops include a Gift Card category. Availability depends on the shop settings configured by the shop owner. Be sure to check the catalog to confirm whether gift cards are offered before making a purchase.

Option 1: Access Shops from Received Gifts 🎁

• In the Received Gifts section, you'll have access to the shops from which you have received gifts. 

• If there are multiple gifts, click on the three-dots menu (⋯) and select View All Gifts to see all available shop gifts.
   

• Choose a shop from your list of received gifts.

• If you haven't redeemed the gift yet, click the REDEEM button to redeem your points and access the shop catalog.
• If you have already used your points in the shop but want to purchase again, click the Continue Shopping button to access the shop catalog again.

Option 2: Access Shops from Pinned Shops 📌

• Scroll down on your Home page to see the Pinned Shops section.

• By default, you will see the STADIUM GIFT SHOP pinned in this section in both the Personal Workspace and Company Workspace. However, please note that the pinned shop can be changed if requested by the Workspace owner.

• Select a shop from the Pinned Shops section and click the View Shop button to access the shop catalog.

Option 3: Access Shops from Live Shops 🏬

If you have created shops in your Personal Workspace or have permission to create a shop in your Company Workspace, you can also purchase directly from your live shops.
 

How to Access Live Shops

1. Go to the Shops Page.
2. For Company Workspace users: If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your Company Workspace.
3. Select a shop from your list.
4. On the shop’s dashboard, click the View Shop button to access the shop catalog and start shopping.

Select Gift Card Category

• You will be redirected to the menu page of your selected shop. Look for the category labeled "GIFT CARDS" at the top of the menu selections and click on it.

  The availability of Gift Card categories may vary based on how the Gift Sender sets up the shop.
  
  

Filter and Choose a Gift Card

• Use the search bar to look for a specific gift card quickly.
• Utilize the subcategories to filter options.
  
  

Select Items

• Click on the gift card to initiate selection.

Check Product Details

• Click the "+" button to see the complete product information and redemption instructions.
• Review the details carefully.

Add to Bag

• Click on the drop-down arrow to choose the price of the gift card options are available.

• Set the quantity of the gift card you wish to purchase and click "ADD TO BAG". 

• A small pop-up page will appear; click on "VIEW BAG" or "CHECKOUT".

Continue Shopping

• If you want to add more items, you can close the small pop-up and click BACK TO ALL PRODUCTS to go back to the menu.

Proceed to Checkout

• Once you're done choosing items, click on the bag icon to proceed to the checkout page.

Review Your Order

• On the "My Bag" page, you can check all the details about your order, including setting a payment method from your available Stadium funds, adding more items, reviewing the payment breakdown, or going back to shopping. If you are satisfied with your cart, proceed to the checkout page.
   
• Once done, click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
  
  

Choose or Add a Shipping Address

• Set up your shipping address.
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Add Peace of Mind Protection (Optional)

• Scroll down and choose whether you want to add Peace of Mind Protection to your order or not.
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Choose Shop or Add Your Payment Method 

• At the payment stage, you'll be presented with various payment options.

• Once the payment method is added or selected, click on "CONTINUE"
  
  

Add Billing Note (Optional)

• Scroll down and add a billing note for reference on your invoice.
• Click SAVE.

Finalize Your Order

• Confirm your selection and click "PAY NOW" to complete your redemption process.
   

Order Confirmation

• Once the order is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation page with your order number, the ability to edit the address or cancel the order (within 1 hr timeline), download your receipt, go to your orders page, or go back to the home page.

Congratulations! You've successfully ordered an e-Gift card using your shop points or credits. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email shortly.
