Looking to order a gift card? Whether you want to purchase a gift card from Stadium’s Gift Shop or a shop associated with your account, this guide will walk you through the process step-by-step.

Please note that most gift cards available in our shops are electronic Gift Cards and will be delivered to the user's email address. Ensure you read the description carefully before placing your order.

Step-by-Step Guide on Ordering Gift Cards

Log In

• Start by visiting the Stadium website and log in to your account.
  
  

Navigate to Redeem Gift

• At the top of the homepage, click on the "Recipient" option to view more options, then select "Redeem Gift"
  
  

Access My Funds Dashboard

• You will be routed to the "My Funds" dashboard, where you can find all your pending redemption gifts and available shops for placing an order.
• Find the gifts that are for Points or Credits. These types of orders will route you to a shop.
• Click on the "Redeem" button to proceed.

• You can also browse the available shops in your account or go directly to the Stadium Gift Shop.
  
  
  • If you are gifted, you will be able to see how many points or credits you have available in a shop.
  • If you are going to order from the Stadium Gift shop, you will have to pay using Stadium Points, Stadium Walet, or make a direct purchase using your card.
    
    
• Click on the "SHOP NOW" button to proceed.

Select Gift Card Category

• You will be redirected to the menu page of your selected shop. Look for the category labeled "GIFT CARDS" at the top of the menu selections and click on it.
  
  Note: The availability of Gift Card categories may vary based on how the Gift Sender sets up the shop.
  
  

Filter and Choose a Gift Card

• Utilize the subcategories to filter options, then click on your selected gift card to view more details.
  
  

Add to Bag

• Set the quantity of the gift card you wish to purchase and click "ADD TO BAG". A small pop-up page will appear; click on "VIEW BAG" or "CHECKOUT".
  
  
  

Review Your Order

• On the "My Bag" page, you can check all the details about your order, including setting a payment method from your available Stadium funds, adding more items, reviewing the payment breakdown, or going back to shopping. If you are satisfied with your cart, proceed to the checkout page.
  
  

Checkout

• On the checkout page, provide the necessary information, including your shipping address. Once your shipping details are set, click on "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.
  
  

Confirm Payment

• On the payment page, if you have pre-selected Stadium Funds as a payment method, you will see a confirmation stating "All set! Your gift balance covers the order."
  
  
  
  

Process the Payment and Finalize the Order 

• If you do not have available Shop Points or Credits the system will ask you to pay via Stadium Points, Stadium Wallet, or enter your card details.
• Choose or Add a payment method, then click on REVIEW & PAY button to proceed.

• On the next page, click  "PAY NOW" to finalize the order.

Order Confirmation

• Once the order is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation page with your order number, the ability to download your receipt, go to your orders page, or go back to the home page.

Congratulations! You've successfully ordered an e-Gift card using your shop points or credits. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email shortly.
