Step-by-Step Guide to Confirming Allocated Funds
Locate and Confirm Your Allocated Funds.
Check Your Email Notification
- As a team member, you will receive an email notification when your admin allocates funds to your account's Team Member wallet.
Access Your Shared Wallet
- Open the email and click the “GO TO WALLET” button to be taken directly to your Shared Wallet dashboard.

You can also access your Team Wallet from your account's dashboard.
Navigate to the Wallets Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)

Navigate to the Wallets Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your wallets page.
Choose Your Wallet
- You will be redirected to the My Wallet page. Under this, choose the shared wallet that you wish to edit.
Check Your Shared Wallet Dashboard
- You will then be prompted to the Shared Wallet dashboard where you received the funds.
Confirm Fund Allocated
On the Shared Wallet Users section, click on ACTIVE.
Look for your email address and check your member's balance.
Understand Your Permissions as A Team Member or Admin

Wallet Admins Can:
- See all users added to the wallet.
- Add and remove members.
- Allocate and manage funds.
- Adjust permissions for other users.
- Spen allocated funds.

On the Shared Wallet page, click the three-dot menu next to the ADD FUNDS button.
