Wondering how to track your Stadium order, check delivery status, or find the estimated time of arrival (ETA)? This article will guide you through the steps to find out where your order is, check the order status or delivery progress, or know when to expect your order to arrive or its ETA ( estimated time of arrival).

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to track your order

 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the  Workspace where the order was placed.

Navigate to the Orders Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Orders page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Orders" to access your order details.

View Order Details

• On the Orders page, you'll see the status of each order.
• Find the specific order you want to track and click on "TRACKING" for detailed delivery information.

Track Your Order

• On the order's tracking page, you'll find individual tracking numbers for each item in your order.

• If your order has shipped or been delivered, you'll see the tracking number and a link to track its progress.

You’ll also receive automated email notifications with tracking details as soon as your order ships. This ensures you always have delivery updates, even if you’re not logged in.
