Easily access and download your shop's sales report data, ensuring you have all the information you need in your shop's dashboard.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to access the sales report

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where the shop is created.

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Shops
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

Select Your Live Shops

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the shop you'd like to access.

Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to OWNED BY to open the filter options.

2. In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.

3. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.

4. Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)

The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.

Navigating to Reports

• Go to the REPORTS tab.
• Click on the drop-down arrow next to the order you wish to check.
• Here, you will see the order details of recipients who redeemed or purchased from your shop.
  
   

Reports Tab 
 

The Reports Tab will show you all the Order Sales information.

• Recipients  Order Details: If you are in a shop created in your personal Workspace, you will only be able to see the details for the Orders placed in this shop's data.
  
  
   
• You can download the redemption report of your shop and search specific recipient orders using the search bar or the filters.

• Click on the drop-down arrow to show all information regarding each recipient's redemption, including:
  • Name and email of the recipient
  • Date of the redemption
  • Their order numbers
  • The items they have selected in their order
     

Sales Data Download 

• After exploring the recipient order details, just click on the DOWNLOAD button to get a CSV copy.

Advanced Reporting

• If you have purchased a Business package, you'll have access to custom reports where you can see:
   

Shop Overview:

• A high-level overview of points spent, accepted, and more.
  • Use the filter button to filter out orders that will show in your reports tab
     

Top Products

• You will also see the Top Products in your Kits, Shop, Shops in your company, and all shops in the Stadium.

Top Categories

•  Insights to help you curate your catalog by showing the most popular categories.
   

Top Subcategories

• Further exploration of top subcategories among recipients.

Redemptions by Country

• Information on which countries recipients are redeeming from, and the most popular items per country.

Redemptions by State (US)

• Breakdown of redemptions by state, whether they're from opposite coasts or within the same region.

Downloading Data from Custom Reports

• Click on the Download button to download the data for your reports.

• A pop-up window will show where you can customize the data that you want to download by selecting the checkboxes and excluding topics by unchecking the boxes.

• After selecting what kind of file you wish to receive, a confirmation message will show that it will be sent to you via email.
