This guide will walk you through the process and provide important information about the requirements and timeline for making this change.
Important Note:
If you’ve made a simple typo in your email address or if you haven’t placed any orders yet, we recommend creating a new account and submitting a deletion request for the incorrect one. This approach is quicker and more straightforward since there are no existing orders to transfer, and it helps avoid any potential confusion or delays in accessing your account.
However, if you’ve already placed orders and want to retain them under a new email, follow the instructions below.
Requesting Email Changes for Personal Email to Personal Email
To change your account's email address:

Send a Request:
Email us at hi@bystadium.com using the current email address associated with your account. This ensures we can verify your identity as the account owner. -
Verify Your Account:
- Ensure there are no active orders linked to your current email address.
- The new email address you wish to use must not already be associated with an existing Stadium account.

Requesting Account Transfers from Corporate/Work Email to Personal Email
If you need to transfer your account from a corporate/work email to a personal one:

Download and Complete the Account Transfer Form:
- Click this Account Transfer Form Link to download.
- Fill out the necessary details in the form. Please note that all signatures must be handwritten.

Submit the Form:
- Forward the completed form to hi@bystadium.com.
- Corporate approval is required. Either have your supervisor or manager email us directly to confirm the transfer or CC them in the email, and have them reply with approval.
- For accounts that are associated with gift orders related to the company, especially if there are remaining credits that are tied to the account, your supervisor or manager must also state in their emails if they agree to have this transferred to your personal account or not.

Processing Time
Requests are processed within 90 days, as per our Privacy Policy. If you have urgent orders that need to be placed after the update, please include them in your request so we can prioritize accordingly.
