Managing your team’s Kudos program is now easier than ever! Our detailed guide will help you seamlessly remove users from your live Kudos Program.

Here's the step-by-step guide on how to delete users from your Kudos Program:

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
   

Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.

Select a Kudos Program

• If you only have one kudos program set up, the website will directly route you to that program.

• If you have multiple kudos programs, just click on the drop-down arrow on the upper right and select the program that you wish to check.

Go to the User Management Section:

• Click on the USER TAB and select VIEW ALL

Removing Users

There are two methods to remove users from the Kudos Program:

Method 1: Remove Selected

• Click the checkbox next to the email addresses of the users you want to remove.
• Click the "REMOVE SELECTED" button.
  
  

Method 2: Trash Icon

• Locate the user you want to remove, then click on the trash icon next to their email address.
  
  
  
  ⚠️Important Note: 
  If the user has already distributed some or all of their kudos, the trash icon will be grayed out. If you still wish to remove the user, you can use the "REMOVE SELECTED" button instead.

Confirmation

• A confirmation dialog will appear, asking you to confirm the removal.
• Click "YES, REMOVE" to proceed with the removal.

When deleting a user, any unused kudos will be returned to your balance for the next cycle. For example, if a user received 100 kudos for the current cycle and has already sent out 10 kudos, deleting them will return the remaining 90 kudos to your balance for the next cycle.

• Once deleted you will see a confirmation message and the updated users list.
