Managing kudos effectively in a Kudos Program is crucial, especially when a user leaves your company. This article will guide you through the steps to reclaim unused kudos and address any concerns regarding kudos that were already distributed before the user's departure.
✅ What Happens When a User is Removed from the Kudos Program
When a user is removed from your Kudos Program, all unused kudos assigned to them are automatically returned to the program’s account owner and recycled at the end of the kudos cycle.
📩 How to Request a Return of Unused Kudos
If a user has already been removed but their kudos have not been returned yet:
Go to the ✨Contact Us form
Submit a request to return the unused kudos for the removed user
Include the user’s name, email, and relevant details to help support the process of the request quickly
Our support team will handle the kudos return and confirm once completed.
🎁 What Happens to Kudos Already Received
- Any kudos a user received before being removed will remain in their account and will not be returned or recycled. These kudos are considered redeemed.
⚠️Important Note:
- If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO) and the user’s access is disabled via SSO, they will no longer be able to use their account. However, previously received kudos will still remain associated with that user.
