This article will guide you through the process of adding and editing logos in your Stadium Shop's banner and swag collection. Follow the detailed steps below to customize your shop effectively.

Getting Started

Log In

• Go to your Stadium account and log in.
• Click the "Sender" option from the navigation bar to view more options.
• Select "My Shops"

 

Create Shop

• From the My Shops dashboard, click on "CREATE SHOP"
• A popup page will appear where you can set up the following:
  • Your Shop name
  • Choose the currency for your Shop — Points, USD, Priceless
• Once done, click NEXT

 

 

Adding your logo

You can add your logo through these options;

Search Company URL

• If you have a Company URL, you can utilize this option. Just simply type in your Company URL on the search bar and the logos associated with that URL will show on the LOGOS section. 
• Select a logo from the selections, if your desired logo is found on the options available. 
• Make sure to tick the box, "I am authorized to use this logo*"
• Once done, click on GENERATE ASSETS

 

Upload from Device

• If you already have your file ready on your local device, you can either Drag or Drop it on the space provided or simply click on the Search Local Device button. Once the logo is added, click GENERATE ASSETS

 

Previous Uploads

• If you have logos that you have previously used from your other shops, it will show on this option. Just simply select the logo from your previous uploads, once done, click on GENERATE ASSETS

Here's a sample view of an autogenerated shop with the selected logo added on the assets — the Top Banner and the Swag Items:

 

 

In case you wish to change the logo right after the shop has been generated, here's how:

From the generated shop, in the upper left corner beside your logo, you will see a pencil icon, click on it to change or upload a new logo for your shop. You choose from the two options discussed above— Search the Company URL, Upload from Device, or select from Previous Uploads. Once the new logo is added, click on SAVE.

Editing the banner logo

If you want to customize the top banner of your shop, you can just click on the pencil icon at the top right corner of your banner. You will see the Add You Banner popup page where you can start customizing.

 

You can customize your banner through these options;

 

CUSTOMIZE YOUR BANNER

If you do not have any banners ready to use for your shop, we have auto-generated banners that you can customize based on your preference. Here's how you can customize our auto-generated banners. 

 

Customize the Logo

This is another way to customize the logo on the top banner;

• Under the Customize Your Banner tab, on the Logo section, you have the option to Remove the logo from the banner, Add a new logo by searching the company URL, upload it from the device, or use your previously uploaded logos. 

Customize the Text Written on the Banner

You can also add text or a phrase to your Top Banner to make it more personalized;

• Under the Customize Your Banner tab, in the Text section, you can add a custom text up to 100 characters

 

Customize the Color of Your Banner

You can also change the colors of your banner; 

• Under the Customize Your Banner tab, you will find the Color section where you can;
  • Remove the pattern from the background
  • Change the color of the banner background
  • Change the color of the logo background
  • Change the color of the text

 

Resize the Banner

You can change the sizing of the logo on your customized banner;

• Under the Customize Your Banner tab, in the Resize section, you can Zoom In or Zoom Out the logo and reposition it according to your preference.

 

Once the changes you would like to do for your banner are set and it's ready to go, check the "I am authorized to use this logo*" and click on USE BANNER. Wait for the changes to reflect in a few minutes and a confirmation message will pop up in the upper right corner. 

 

LOCAL DEVICE

If you do not prefer the auto-generated banners and would like to design your own banners, you can upload them instead. Here's how;

• Under the Local Device tab, drag or drop the file for your banner or you can just simply use the search local device option to upload the file. 
• Click on the CUSTOMIZE BANNER option to reposition the banner, once done click on SAVE EDITS or you can just directly click the USE BANNER button to save the changes.

 

STADIUM LIBRARY

If you do not like the auto-generated banner and also do not have any banners ready, you may utilize our Stadium Library. This consists of different template options that you can use as a top banner for your shop. 

• Under the Stadium Library tab, you can choose from any of the templates available by searching for a specific template or browsing by category. 
• Click on the CUSTOMIZE BANNER option to reposition the banner, click on SAVE EDITS
• If the banner does not need to be repositioned, you can just click directly on the USE BANNER button to save the changes.

 

PREVIOUS BANNERS

If you have previously used banners from your other shops and would like to utilize the same banner, you can just directly go to the Previous Banners tab and select the banner from the options available. Click on the CUSTOMIZE BANNER option to reposition the banner, click on SAVE EDITS or you can just directly click the USE BANNER button to save the changes.

Editing the swag collection logo

If want to change the logo on your swag collection as you go along the process of customizing your Shop. You can do so, here's how;

• On the same page where you are editing your top banner, scroll down to your swag collection on the shop customization page.
• Click the pencil icon beside the initially selected logo.
• Use the options to add or select a new logo.
• Check the boxes "I am authorized to use this logo" and "Replace logo on all shop assets."
• Click "SAVE."

 

The logos on your Swag Collection have now been updated.
