Looking to edit or update your logo on automated free mockups in Stadium? This guide will walk you through the process of editing the logo for your automated free mockups via the Branded Swag Tab. 

⚠️IMPORTANT NOTE:

This method only applies to automated free mockups and not the full on-demand catalog or core swag collections. For edits to the core swag collections, please fill out the ✨Contact Us form or reach out to your designated Stadium Expert.

Here's a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Edit the Logo of Your Automated Free Mockups via the Branded Swag Tab

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where your shop is created.

Navigate to the Shops Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Shops
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page. 

Select Your Live Shop

• On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the shop you'd like to access.

Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to Owned By to open the filter options.

2. In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.

3. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.

4. Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)

The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.

Accessing the Branded Swag Tab

• After choosing a shop, you will be directed to the BRANDED SWAG TAB - SAVED DESIGNS.
• Search for the collection you wish to edit.

Editing Methods

There are two ways to edit the logo for your automated free mockups:

Method A: Using the Pencil Icon

1. Click on the pencil icon next to your collection's name.

Method B: Using the Three Dots

1. Click the three dots (...) on the right side of your collection.

2. Select "Edit Collection Logo."

Adding Your New Logo

Choose one of the following options to add a new logo:

Enter a company URL

• Your email domain is automatically added and will provide a list of logo options. You may also enter a different domain you're authorized to use if necessary and hit Enter. 
• Select the desired logo.
• Tick the "I am authorized to use this logo*" checkbox.
• Click the "UPDATE COLLECTION" button.

Upload from your device

• Click the "UPLOAD FROM DEVICE" tab.
• Click "SEARCH LOCAL DEVICE" and select the new logo file from your computer.
• Tick the "I am authorized to use this logo*" checkbox.
• Click the "UPDATE COLLECTION" button.

⚠️Important Note: For best printing results, use the SVG file format for your logo. This vector format ensures high-quality output at any size.

Select from previous uploads

• Click "PREVIOUS UPLOADS".
• Select a logo from the list of available options.
• Tick the "I am authorized to use this logo*" checkbox.
• Click the "UPDATE COLLECTION" button.
