Entry Points to Access Company Space
Entry Point 1. After Package Purchase
If your Stadium package includes multiple admin accounts, you can start adding admins as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
- Look for the Add Admins button, which will appear after your purchase is finalized.
Entry Point 2. From the Stadium Dashboard
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Company Space Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Wallets Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Company Space" to access your company space page.
Check Available Admin Seats
- If you have available seats, you can add an admin without extra costs.
- If no seats are available, you can still add an admin, but a fee of $1,500/year per additional seat will apply.
- Please note that you are purchasing an extra seat and adding it to your package.
- To review your current seats, click on BILLING to check how many admins are included in your package and any added seats.
Adding Admins
- Click on the ADMINS tab.
- Click the ADD ADMINS button.
- If the person is already in your contact list, enter their name. A list of contacts will appear.
- If they are not on the contact list, enter their email address.
Finalize Addition and Confirmation
- Click ADD ADMIN to finalize.
- A confirmation message will appear once the admin is successfully added.
- An invoice will be sent to your account owner if you have exceeded the number of seats allowed in your package.
Removing Admins
- Go to the ADMINS section.
- Find the admin you want to remove.
- Click the trash bin icon next to their name.
If the Admin Has No Active Assets or Orders:
- A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click YES, REMOVE to proceed.
- A confirmation message will appear, and the admin will be removed from the list.
If the Admin Has Active Assets or Orders:
- The same confirmation pop-up will appear. Click YES, REMOVE to proceed.
- If the admin is linked to live campaigns or other assets, an error message will appear.
- In this case, you must contact support for further assistance.
