Here's a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Integrate Hubspot in Your Stadium Account

 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
  

 

 

Navigate to the Company Space Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to the Company Space Page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Company Space" to access your company space page.

 

 

Choose Your Integration

• On the Company Space page, click on INTEGRATIONS
• From there you can choose which available connections can you use for your Stadium integrations.

 

 

 

You can either:

• Use the search bar to quickly find a specific app or platform

• Click the SEE ALL button to browse the full list of available integrations

 

 

 

 

 

Select Your Platform

• Search for HubSpot
• Click on "HubSpot" 

 

 

 

Set Your Default Currency

• Choose your desired default currency for CRM transactions.

 

• Once the currency is selected, click NEXT.

 

 

 

Review Data Permissions

• Before proceeding, make sure to carefully read the information regarding the data access that will be granted.
• Once reviewed, click "NEXT" to proceed.

 

 

Enter Your HubSpot Company ID

• The system will then ask you for your company ID.

 

 

 

How To Get Your HubSpot Company ID

• Log in to your HubSpot account.

• Click on your Company Name in the top-right corner.

• Copy the Company ID shown in the dropdown

 

 

 

• Return to Stadium and paste the ID in the field provided

 

Enter Your HubSpot API Key

 

• The system will then ask you for an API key.

 

 

To get an API Key, first,  you must create a private app in your HubSpot account

How To Get API Key from Hubspot

• Go back to your HubSpot account and click on settings

 

 

• On the left side-bar menu, click on Integrations, then click Private Apps

 

• Click on Create Private App
  

 

 

• Fill in the required basic information.

 

 

• Go to Scopes and click on Add new scope

 

 

 

•  Include the required access scopes as shown in the Stadium integration image.

 

 

 

• Click on Create App.

 

 

 

 

• On the pop-up, click on Continue creating 

 

 

• Confirmation modal will be shown.
• Click on Close

 

 

• Once confirmed, go to the Auth section and  under Access Token, click Show Token.

 

 

• Then click on the Copy button

 

 

 

Go Back To Stadium and enter the API key

• Go back to Stadium and paste it into the API Key field.
• Click NEXT.

 

Wait for Setup and Sync

• Stadium will begin syncing your HubSpot data—this may take 2–3 minutes.

 

• Once done, a confirmation will be shown.
• Click on NEXT

 

Review Data Access

• Review the data access once again, and click on NEXT.

 

 

 

Finish Integration

• Once done, click on the FINISH button

 

 

 

Wait for data to sync

 

• Once done, you will be routed back to your integrations page and you will see that the connection is IN PROGRESS state.

 

This may take 2-3 minutes to sync

 

 

• Once your connection is live, you will have the ability to use the connection to your campaigns.

 

 

Manage the Integration (Optional)

Click the three-dot menu beside your live HubSpot integration to:

• • • ✅ Sync Contacts

    • 🔄 Turn Off Activity Sync

    • 💱 Edit Default Currency

    • ✏️ Edit Integration Nickname

    • ❌ Remove the Connection
