👤 Personal Workspace

Every Stadium user automatically gets a Personal Workspace.

Ideal for: Individual orders and personal gifting.

Features:

• You can own shops, automations, and swag collections. 

• Own and manage your personal wallet.

• Fully managed by you, with no company-wide roles or permissions.

Limitations:

• Cannot manage or share resources with other users.

• Not designed for team collaboration or a company setting. 
   

🏢 Company Workspace

A Company Workspace is designed for teams, departments, and enterprises to collaborate on gifting, recognition, swag, programs, etc.

Getting Started:

• Available to all users

• Upon sign-up, start with a 30-day free trial to explore all premium features

• To continue using premium features after the trial, book a call with our team to select a paid Stadium package

👥 Roles in a Workspace

Workspaces include clear role structures so responsibilities are easy to understand:

🏆 Owner

The Owner has full control of the Workspace, including all resources, settings, and permissions.

• Every Company Workspace will have one owner.

• Owners can manage users, permissions, billing, and all platform features.

• Owners also control which permissions are granted to admins.

• Owners have full visibility into everyone's default wallet inside the company workspace. 

🛠️ Admin

Admins help manage Workspace users and resources. Their level of access depends on the permissions assigned by the Workspace owner.
 

Who can manage permissions for all admins?

• Workspace owner

• An admin user with 'Admin permissions' rights in the permission matrix 

  ⚠️ This permission should be carefully granted as it gives control to manage the permissions of all other users in the company.

Types of Admin Permissions

Default Permission

Upon addition to a workspace, all admins have 'Default' permissions. Such admins can : 

• Create and manage their own resources.

• View and manage resources shared with them.

Custom Permission

• Full access to view and manage resource(s) inside the company workspace, depending upon the permission granted via the permission matrix shown above.

• For Example: A Workspace admin with Custom Permission to 'Shops' can access and manage all shops across the Workspace, even if they were not directly shared with them.

Your permissions may vary depending on which features the owner has granted you full access to. These features include:

• Shops

• Swag Design

• Orders

• Kits

• Automated Gifting

• Admin Permissions

• Contacts

✉️ Sender

Senders can create and manage their own gifting activities.

Senders can:

• Create and manage their own resources
• Use resources that were shared with them
• Send gifts
• Place orders

Limitations:

• Cannot manage resources created by other users

• Cannot share resources with other Workspace users

   

🎁 Member

Participant role. Can redeem gifts and engage in Feeds/programs.

Recipients can:

• Redeem gifts or rewards sent to them

• Participate in campaigns or recognition programs

Limitations:

• Cannot create or manage Company Workspace resources

👤 Non-Member

Guest role. Can only redeem gifts in their personal Workspace. No access to shared resources or programs.

  -  Existing Users will land in their default Company Workspace.
