We’re excited to announce a new feature in Stadium: Workspaces. This update is designed to make managing and discovering resources easier than ever.
With Workspaces, all your contacts, shops, catalogs, automations, and swag kits are centralized at the company level for better collaboration and control.
This announcement includes the following topics:
❓ What Is Changing?
Workspaces
Previously, Stadium managed all resources (contacts, shops, catalogs, automations, etc.) at the individual user level. This created fragmentation and complexity, especially for teams and businesses.
With Workspaces, here’s what’s new:

Centralized Ownership: Resources are owned and managed at the Workspace (account/company) level.
Seamless Switching: Users can toggle between their personal Workspace and company Workspace(s).
Role-Based Permissions: Role-based access control (RBAC) ensures each user has the right level of access.
Secure Boundaries: Data remains private and secure within each Workspace
There are now two types of Workspaces:
Personal Workspace: Created by default for every Stadium user. Perfect for individual orders, personal gifting, or recipients.
Company Workspace: Available with a paid Stadium Package. Enables team collaboration, shared resources, and role management.
❓ Why is Stadium making this change?
Workspaces
Stadium is introducing Workspaces to provide a more scalable, organized, and secure way to manage resources. Our goal is to make it easier for businesses and teams to collaborate, streamline operations, and integrate with enterprise tools.
Workspaces achieve this by:
Consolidating Ownership: All resources now belong to the Workspace, not a single person.
Reducing Complexity: Manage contacts, shops, swag, and kits at the company level with ease.
Boosting Collaboration: Multiple users can work together with clear roles and permissions.
Supporting Enterprise Growth: Workspaces are designed to align with role-based access needs and integrate seamlessly with HRIS, ATS, and CRM systems.
👉 In short, Workspaces are built to give organizations more control, flexibility, and scalability.
❓ What do I need to do?
Workspaces
The best part? No action is required from you. Workspaces will be enabled automatically once the feature goes live.
Here’s what to expect:
For New Users:

All new Stadium accounts will automatically use Workspaces.
You’ll see both a personal Workspace and (if applicable) a company Workspace when you log in.
For Existing Users:

Your personal resources remain in your personal Workspace.
If you belong to a company account or have a paid Stadium Package, you’ll be migrated to a company Workspace.
If your account is linked to multiple companies/Stadium Packages, we’ll work with you to decide which company Workspace your resources should move to.
