This FAQ explains why these users appear, what access they’ll have, whether you need to take action, and how this change affects gifting, kudos, budgets, and automations.

Workspaces have not launched yet. This update is part of a pre-launch preparation phase to support a smooth rollout later on.
As part of this early planning exercise, you may see a preview list of future admins or senders who are expected to be associated with your Workspace once Workspaces officially goes live. This preview does not activate Workspaces or change anyone’s access today.
🚀 What Is This Update?
We’re laying the groundwork for a future transition to Stadium Workspaces.
As part of this pre-launch planning phase, some customers may see a preview of users who are expected to become admins or senders in their Workspace once Workspaces is officially released.
This article includes sections:
❓ Why Do I See Future Admins or Senders?
Users listed as future admins or senders already have elevated access to your account today.
These users may have:
🏪 Created or managed shops, Wallets, automations, or programs
✏️ Been added as editors or admins on resourcesT
🎉 Participated in kudos programs with elevated permissions
💳 Been granted access to send gifts or manage budgets
When we move to Workspaces, we make sure no one loses access to what they already rely on.
During migration, users are mapped to the closest equivalent Workspace role based on what they can already do.
In Short:
If someone appears here, they already have access today. No new access is being added silently.
✅ Do I Need to Take Any Action?
For most customers, no action is required.
However, you should review this list if:
👤 You don’t recognize a user.
🚫 A user no longer works with your team.
🔒 You want to limit who can send gifts or manage resources in the future.
🛠️ What Actions Can I Take?
You can:
🔍 Review the list of future admins and senders.
📩 Contact Stadium Support to request the removal of a user before the Workspace launch. You may send your request via the ✨Contact Us form.
⏰ Important Timelines
Review Window: You’ll have until [March 5, 2026] as a cut-off date to review and raise concerns.

Support Turnaround Times:
Standard Removals: 4–5 business days
Complex Cases (e.g., users who created key resources): 10–12 business days
Missed the deadline? No problem.
Users will still be added during launch, and you’ll be able to update or remove access after Workspaces goes live. Reviewing early simply helps ensure everything is set up exactly as you want from day one.

These users will officially appear in your Workspace.
Their access will continue uninterrupted.
