• The regulation applies to all products across all sales channels, except those in the Food, Health & Beauty categories.

📝What are the new product listing requirements for items shipped to or within the EU and Northern Ireland?

Starting December 13, 2024, all product listings shipped to or within the EU and Northern Ireland must include:

1️⃣ Business and Responsible Person’s Information

• Name and contact details of the business or the designated responsible person.

• This satisfies the EU Responsible Person requirement.

2️⃣ Product Information

Each listing must clearly show:

• Product identification details.

• Country of origin.

• Compliance details (CE markings, certifications, etc.).

• Age restrictions (if applicable).

• Handling instructions.

• Any required warnings or hazard information.

3️⃣ Warranty Information

• Listings must include the standard two-year EU product warranty for all products sold in the EU and Northern Ireland.
