If you’re looking to request design changes, update mockups, or customize existing swag collections on your Stadium account, this guide will walk you through every step. Whether you’re adjusting product colors, updating logos, or fine-tuning a collection created by our Swag Design Team, we’ll show you how to submit your changes easily using the Customizer or through the Pastel feedback dashboard.

Step-By-Step Guide on Requesting Design Changes on the Swag Page for Existing Swag Collections

Log In to Your Account:

• Visit Stadium's website and log in to your account.
  
  

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Swag page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

Access SAVED DESIGNS

• Click the "VIEW BY COLLECTION" button.
• On the SAVED DESIGNS page, you will see all the swag collections in your account, including the mock-ups for a shop swag collection, bulk order, or even items added to your inventory.

Check the Status of The Collection

• Scroll through your saved designs and choose collections that are in the "DESIGN READY" state.

Customizing Automated Designs

Customize Specific Products Using Customizer

If you only need to update a specific product, you can use the Customizer Tool:

1. Click the pencil icon ✏️ next to the item you want to edit.

2. Make your desired changes (e.g., upload a new logo, change text, or adjust colors).

Requesting Design Changes Through the Swag Design Team

If you want to:

• Update multiple mockups at once

• Request edits that the Customizer Tool doesn’t allow

• Modify a core swag collection created by Stadium’s design team

You can submit a request directly to our Swag Design Team:

• Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the item.

• Select Request Design Changes.

• After clicking on the Request Changes button, read the instructions carefully and click CONTINUE.

Request Changes via Pastel Dashboard

•  You will be routed to a Pastel Link where you can leave comments on the changes you wish to request for your free mockups.
  
  
• Please note that if you have multiple items in your order, you will still see all items in the pastel link, like the one in the example below.

Provide Feedback on Changes

• Enter your name and email address.
• Find the product you wish to update, click on it, and enter your comments.
• Click POST COMMENT to save your feedback.

Complete the Review Process

• Once you've finished commenting on the products, click FINISH REVIEW.

Submit Your Change Requests

• Finalize your submission by clicking on Request Changes. You may add additional comments before clicking Submit Review to complete the process.

Confirmation and Additional Requests

• A confirmation message will appear at the bottom left corner of the screen.

• To request more changes after submission, click Reviewed at the bottom right of the screen and select Add another review.

Await Updated Mockups

• Once your request is submitted, the Stadium design team will review and update the mockups accordingly.
• Expect a separate email from the design team with the updated mock-ups of the products you requested changes for.
