Here is a Step-By-Step Guide on How To Filter Swag Designs by Owner

Go to Your Swag Page
 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where the swag collection is created.

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Swag
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

Filter Swag Collections by Owner 👤

Follow these steps to filter sent gifts by a specific user:

Step 1: Access SAVED DESIGNS 💾

• Click the "VIEW BY COLLECTION" button.
• On the SAVED DESIGNS page, you will see all the swag collections in your account, including the mock-ups for a shop swag collection, bulk order, or even items added to your inventory.

Step 2: Apply Filter 🧩

• Click the dropdown next to OWNED BY

• In the search field, type the name of the user whose swag collections you want to view.

• Alternatively, you may also choose directly from the displayed users. Just scroll through the list to find the user.

• Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.

• Once selected, the system will automatically display the swag collections created by the selected user(s)

The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.

Step 5: Review Filtered Results 🔍

• Scroll down to view all filtered swag collections
• Each collection will display details, including the owner’s name next to the collection number
