The Recognize feature allows users to send recognition and Stadium points in under a minute through a streamlined, intuitive flow.

It’s designed to:

• Encourage frequent recognition with minimal effort

• Support gamified reward experiences

• Offer ready-made templates or fully custom messages

• Instantly deliver Stadium points to recipients

This feature makes recognition fast, fun, and impactful, without disrupting your day.

🎲 Types of Gamified Reward Formats

 Make recognition more exciting by letting recipients interact with their reward 🎉When sending Stadium points, you can choose from the following reward options:

Reward Format	How It Works
	Displays the full reward amount instantly No interaction required Stadium points are automatically added to the recipient’s balance Best for quick, straightforward recognition.
	Recipient selects one card out of three Reward value may be up to 5% higher or lower than the original amount Revealed points are automatically added to their Stadium Points balance Adds a light surprise element to recognition.
	Recipient scratches a digital card to reveal their reward Reward may be up to 5% higher or lower than the budget Points are automatically added to their Stadium Points balance Great for playful, interactive recognition.
	Recipient spins a wheel to reveal their reward Reward may be up to 5% higher or lower than the original amount Once revealed, the reward is locked and shown consistently on return visits Points are automatically added to their Stadium Points balance Perfect for high-energy moments and celebrations.

🏆How to Send Stadium Points Using The Recognize Feature

🔐Log In to Your Stadium Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.

▶️  Start a Recognition

• Click the RECOGNIZE button at the top of the page

📝Choose a Template or Write a Custom Message

📄 Use a Template

• You may select a template from the predefined card options.

• Templates include:

  • A pre-written message

  • A pre-selected reward format

   

✍️ Create a Custom Message

• If you do not wish to use the pre-created templates, you may click on the +CUSTOM MESSAGE button to add your own customized message.

• Enter your shoutout title and personalized message

👥Add Recipients

• Type @ followed by the recipient’s email

• Select from your contacts if they already exist.

🎨 Enhance Your Message (Optional)

😀 Add Emojis

• Click the smiley face icon

• Choose emojis that match your message
  
  

🔗 Add a Link

• Click the link icon

• Highlight the text

• Paste the URL

• Click ADD LINK button to save changes.

🖼️ Upload an Image or GIF

• Click the + icon

• Select Upload Image

• Choose a file from your device

🧸 Add a Sticker

• Click the + icon

• Select Add Sticker

• Choose a sticker from the options
  
  ⚠️Note:
  You can only select one media type, so if you have an image attached, remove it first in order to select a sticker.
   

💾 Save Your Message

• Once you have finalized your message, click on SAVE & NEXT.

🎁Choose or Edit the Reward Format

• Under Reward Format, click on the drop-down arrow to see other reward options
• Select the reward experience you want the recipient to receive

💰 Enter the Reward Amount

• Enter Stadium points or the USD equivalent.

   

💳Choose or Add a Payment Method

• Pay using:

  • Wallet Balance

  • Stadium Points

  • Credit Card

To add a new card:

1. Click Add Card

2. Enter card details

3. Click SAVE

🚀 Send the Reward

• Click Send Reward to complete the recognition

• View confirmation and message preview
