What Is a Stadium Gift Code? 🎁

A Stadium Gift Code is a prepaid, integration-free reward that gift senders can purchase and distribute to recipients. Instead of transferring points or connecting systems, you buy gift codes directly from Stadium and share them digitally or in person. Gift Codes can be distributed through email, messaging platforms, or even printed cards for offline events. Recipients redeem the code to receive Stadium credits they can use for Stadium gifts.

How to Purchase Stadium Gift Codes 🛒

Step 1: Contact Stadium 📩

Stadium Gift Codes are purchased manually. Submit your request through the ✨Contact Us form  or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) if you have one.
 

Step 2: Share Your Purchase Details 🧾

Include the following information in your request:

• Shop link (for shop-specific gift codes)

  • If you don’t have a shop yet, follow the guide to create one

• Number of gift codes you want to purchase

• Amount or budget for each gift code

How the Gift Code Process Works ⚙️

Gift Codes Are Generated 🔐

Once your purchase is complete, Stadium generates your gift codes.

Download the Gift Codes CSV 📥

You’ll receive an email with a secure, one-time CSV download link that includes:

• Unique gift codes

• Redemption link

⚠️ Important Security Notes:

• The download link is valid for a limited time. We highly suggest downloading the CSV immediately after receiving the email

• The link can be used only once

• Only authorized admins can access the file

Purchase Confirmation ✅

After downloading the CSV file, you’ll be redirected to your Stadium homepage, where a confirmation message will appear.
 

How to Share Stadium Gift Codes with Recipients 🎁➡️

The gift senders can share these gift codes and redemption links with the recipients so they can redeem their Stadium credits.

Option 1: Share a Redemption Link + Gift Code 🔗

• From the CSV file, share both the redemption link and gift code with recipients. 

• You can send these via email or any messaging platform.
• The redemption link takes recipients directly to the redemption page, where they can enter the gift code and claim their gift quickly and easily.
  
  
  

Option 2: Share Gift Codes Only ( Home Dashboard Redemption) 🧭

• For offline events or simple distribution, you can share only the gift code via email, printed cards, or handouts.

• Your recipients can log in to their Stadium accounts and redeem directly from their Home Dashboard.

How Recipients Redeem a Stadium Gift Code 🧾🎁

Step 1: Log In or Sign Up 🔐

• Ask recipients to visit bystadium.com and log in to their account. If they don’t have an account yet, they can sign up in just a few steps.

Step 2: Go to the Redeem Section 🧭

• From the Home Dashboard, recipients should navigate to the REDEEM section.

Step 3: Select “Redeem Gift Code” 🎟️

• In the REDEEM section, recipients will see a tile labeled “Redeem Gift Code.” 

• Click the REDEEM link on this tile to continue.

Step 4: Enter the Gift Code ✅

• Recipients can enter the gift code provided by the gift sender to redeem their reward and receive their Stadium credits.

💡 Tip: If your recipients received a redemption link, they'll be taken directly to the gift code entry page and can skip Steps 2 and 3.

Where Recipients Can Use Their Gift Codes 🛍️

After redemption, recipients receive shop-specific credits that can be used only in the shop you selected.

Restrictions to Know ⚠️

• Points are valid only in the selected shop

• Points do not expire as long as the shop remains active
