Are you looking to order custom swag items for your team, kits, or event? This article provides a comprehensive guide to help you through the process. Whether you're wondering how to start, what options are available, or how to complete your purchase, we've got you covered.

 

Follow the detailed step-by-step guide provided below to order your custom swag items through Stadium.

 

Log In to Your Account

• Visit Stadium's website and log in to your account.
  
  

 

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to the Swag page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

 

Access Swag Locker Shop

• On your  Swag page, click "PURCHASE SWAG."

 

 

Choose Your Swag

• Browse through the available swag items.
• Use the search bar for a quick search or filter items by category.

• Pay attention to minimum order quantities for each swag item

 

 

• You may use the filters or sort items by price or featured list. Additionally, you may also request an item if you can't find what you are looking for.
  
  
  • On-demand items- These are swag items that are printed only when an order is placed and have a minimum of 1. Orders ship directly from the manufacturers.
    
    
  • Bulk Swag items- These are swag items that require at least a minimum of 25 and can have volume discounts. 

 

 

• Check the product description for details like sizes, colors, and variants.

 

• For some customizable swag, find information about imprint type, imprint area, and imprint location in the description.

• Some products offer discounted rates for larger quantities. 

 

• Prices adjust based on the quantity you enter.

 

 

Checkout

• Once you are satisfied with the items you added to your cart just click the bag icon to proceed to checkout.

 

 

Upload your logo

• Click the ADD LOGO button and upload a logo for your swag.

• Click My Device to browse files

 

• Edit the logo and click SAVE CHANGES once finalized.

 

• Click ADD to proceed.

 

• Click on the check box "I am authorized to use this logo"
•  Once done, click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT"

 

 

Provide Shipping Information

• If you are planning to use the swag items for your swag kit or store them at our warehouse for distribution, you will have to choose "Stadium Warehouse" for the address.
  
  
• If you want the bulk swag to be sent directly to a specific location, choose New Address to add the address.
   
• Once the address is added, click "CONTINUE"

Select or Add a Payment Method

• Select a payment method from the options available or add a new payment method if needed.
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

 

Add Billing Info

• Scroll down and add the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.
• You also have and option to add a billing note if needed.
• Click CONTINUE to proceed.

 

 

Finalize the Payment

• Click "PAY NOW" to complete your purchase.

 

Confirmation

• Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation message.
• You can download your receipt and note down your order number for reference.
• Click GO TO MY ORDERS to track your order.

Wait and Approve Your Mock-ups

 

Check Mock-up's status

• After placing your order, go to your Swag page.
• Navigate to the SAVED DESIGNS or ALL tab to find your order.
• Your mock-up status will initially show as "IN DESIGN", indicating that our team is working on your design.

Check Your Mock-ups

• Once your mock-ups are ready, the status will update. This process typically takes 1-2 business days, but larger orders with multiple swag items may take longer.
  
  
• You’ll also receive an automated email notification once your mock-ups are available for review.
• Click on the image of your swag item to view the mock-up details.
  • • If you ordered multiple items, click VIEW MORE to see all mock-ups.

 

• Hover your mouse on the image to zoom in on the details.

 

 

Approve Mockups or Request Changes

 

• If you're happy with the design, click APPROVE DESIGN to finalize it.
• If changes are needed, click REQUEST CHANGES and provide specific feedback.
  
  
  • You can do this for each swag item individually or for the entire collection under the SAVED DESIGNS tab.

 

 

 

Approved Designs

• Once approved, the mock-up status will change to "DESIGN READY", and production will begin.
• To access more options, click on the three dots (…) next to each collection.

💡 Important Note:

• Changes cannot be made after approval once the order enters production.
• If you need to update a design after approval, contact our customer service team as soon as possible via:
  • The chatbot on our website
  • The ✨Contact Us form 
• If production has already started, we will not be able to modify the design.

 

 

Monitor Your Order (for Items Shipped to Warehouse)

• If you have sent out the items to our US warehouse, you can monitor the progress of your order through your Stadium Locker's "INVENTORY" dashboard.

 

• If you have decided to send the swag items to our warehouse, you will be able to see them added to your Stadium Locker. Please note that the Stadium Locker feature must be activated first in your account by purchasing the Gifting Basic, Swag Pro, Engagement Suite, or Business Packages (previously known as Individual, Team, or Enterprise package). • Distinguish between swag items purchased from us and those you've personally sent to us by clicking on the item and then checking the details in the SOURCE section.
